JADA House focuses on providing quality programming to Hazelwood youth and adult groups every week with a specific focus on education, social impact and engagement, career guidance and exposure, and acts as a community support group to express one's difficulties and stressors. Our programming is designed to increase self-esteem, encourage creative thinking, and ultimately create a sense of community in a safe and open environment for all.
JADA House primarily works with African Americans but is open and willing to work with all people regardless of race, religion, age, gender, and social standing. Please see below for our core programming and annual events.

At JADA House International, we understand that navigating the challenges of caregiving in underserved neighborhoods can be overwhelming. Complimentary to our mission, we provide affirming support through our Kinship Program, specifically tailored for grandparents raising grandchildren.
The Kinship Program is a 8-week program designed to help grandparents who are facing a variety of difficulties as they adjust to their duties as primary caregivers to their grandchildren. Throughout the year, JADA House will implement 3 seasonal cohorts (spring, summer, and autumn). The program will consist of 7-15 participants who meet once a week for 8 weeks every Wednesday 4-6 pm. Integrated into the program will be reflections on Black history and relative social justice information, health education, technical instruction (that includes light computer/phone navigation classes, fraud scam awareness, and social media tips), art therapy, workforce hub, mental health, and on-site childcare options.
JADA House International is your partner in empowerment, providing the resources and community you need to navigate life’s journey successfully. Together, we'll build stronger families and brighter futures.
